Set up email and Home Screen notifications, then test your device.
Create an alert first
Choose a color and storage capacity, pick up to ten Apple Stores with Pro, and sign in with your email code. Review the configuration before saving. A connected browser receives notifications for your active alerts; simply opening the website does not create an alert.
In Your account, open Notifications. Keep email enabled if you want an inbox message as well as a device notification. Stock notifications require an active subscription.
Add Duo Signal to your iPhone Home Screen
Web Push on iPhone requires iOS 16.4 or later and a Home Screen web app. In Safari, open findinstock.com, use Share and choose Add to Home Screen. Open the new icon, sign in, then select Add this device under Notifications. Allow notifications when iOS asks.
Use the Home Screen app for device setup. An ordinary browser tab on iPhone is not the same notification environment. Email remains available if your device does not support Web Push.
Send a test before you need it
Use Send test push from the same connected device. Duo Signal distinguishes a push accepted by the delivery service from a test received by this browser. A received confirmation means the service worker handled the message and requested its notification; it does not mean you have read it.
If there is no banner, check the website's notification permission, iPhone notification settings and Focus mode. These controls can affect how notifications are presented. Remove an old device subscription and connect the device again if its browser data was cleared.
What a restock notification means
A stock notification reports a fresh, confirmed pickup observation for a watched configuration and store. Follow its link to Apple and check availability before ordering. The message is not a reservation.
You can pause an individual alert, turn off a channel, or remove a device from your account. Turning off stock emails does not turn off the transactional codes you need to sign in.
